Answer:

Drink water sitting

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

In normal circumstances, the guidance and Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws) is that the believers should drink or eat while in a seated position. But if the place is unclean, or if one is in a place where it is not possible to sit down; there is no harm if one eats or drinks while standing. In normal circumstances the Messenger of Allah (saws) always sat down when eating or drinking; but it is also reported that at times he (saws) ate and drank while in a standing position.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 770 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As

Abdullah ibn Amr (r.a.) said he saw the Prophet (saws) drinking water while standing as well as while sitting.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
