Answer:
Girl lives boy and marriage
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no
grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
My dear and beloved sister in Islam, it is only natural
that when one gets of age they will like some one special above others, and
think about spending the rest of their lives with this person. There is absolutely no harm and no sin in
such a feeling; provided one does not transgress the boundaries of Allah and
His Messenger (saws) and starts developing an illicit or secret relationship
with the person out of marriage.
If you sincerely like the person and wish to get married
to him, do the righteous and honorable thing and let your desire be known to
your parents or guardians and let them evaluate the condition, character, and
reputation of the person concerned. If
they are satisfied with your choice, they will take the steps to send a
proposal to the person concerned.
Your
Question: is there a niya/suplication that would help me find out?
Beloved sister, the knowledge of liking or disliking someone
is a condition of the other person’s heart; and the true conditions of one’s
hearts are known to none except the one who possesses the heart himself, and
The One Lord Who is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
There is no way for one human to find out the secrets or intentions of
another person’s heart, except that the person declares it himself!
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and well wisher in
Islam,
Burhan
