Answer:

Touch quran after sex

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: Do you also think one can touch quran without taking a shower after SEX................! in emergency?

Hadrat Ali ibn Abi Taalib (r.a.) said that nothing kept the Messenger of Allah (saws) from (reciting or touching) the Qur'an save being sexually impure.

Related by Bukhari and Muslim.

Such was the sanctity and purity of the Glorious Quran honored by the Messenger of Allah (saws) that it is recorded he (saws) wouldn’t even recite anything from the Glorious Quran, leave alone touch it, when in the state of ceremonial impurity. One who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day should abstain from touching or reciting the Glorious Quran when they are sexually impure until they have purified themselves.

Your Question: in emergency?

Beloved Sister, when in the state of genuine emergency, the laws of Islam would apply in normal situations do not always apply. For example, if one is starving and fears death because of starvation, it would be permissible for them to consume even what is normally declared as unlawful or haraam. Or another example if there was a fire or some other calamity from which one is fleeing to save one’s life, then the laws of ‘purdah’ or ‘hijaab’ which apply to a believing woman in normal times, would not apply in such times of emergency.

Thus if there was a situation where one was in a state or condition of emergency, and in that condition one unintentionally touched or picked up a copy of the Glorious Quran, it is expected that their Lord will not hold them accountable for their lapse.

Your Question: when we give quran and its translation to non muslim to read . if they are not pure than the sin will be on us?

Dear and beloved sister in Islam, there is this huge misconception and misunderstanding amongst some believers that one cannot give a copy of the Glorious Quran to a non-muslim because he is stated as ‘najis’ or impure in the Quran!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 28:

28 O ye who believe! Truly, the mushriks (polytheists) are ‘najis’ (impure), so let them not after this year of theirs approach the Sacred Mosque.

The intention of the above guidance and command of the Lord was never to declare the physical impurity of the pagans, but rather it is the declaration of their spiritual impurity which resides in their beliefs, their creed, their morals, their deeds, and their deeds of ignorance of the Laws of Allah Subhanah.

After the above verse was revealed no ‘mushrik’ was allowed to enter the Sacred Mosque in Makkah because of the specific Command of Allah; but the Messenger of Allah (saws) allowed the disbelievers to visit him in his mosque in Madinah. Thus it is absolutely evident from the practice of the Messenger of Allah (saws) that the term ‘najis’ applied to the polytheists in the above verse of Surah Taubah implied their spiritual impurity rather than their physical impurity.

A believer is not allowed to touch the Quran or enter any mosque in the state of ceremonial physical impurity….but this etiquette and law cannot and should not be applied to a disbeliever, who might be interested in seeking the Straight Path.

Beloved Sister, rest assured that there is absolutely no restriction and no sin in presenting a copy of the Glorious Quran to our disbelieving brethren in humanity, just as there is no restriction in them visiting one of the many masjids…..perchance, by reading and understanding the Very Words of Allah Subhanah, they are guided to the Straight Path.

Your Question: can one keep qurani aayat frames, quran in the same bedroom where the couples have sex? if there is one room in the house than???? is it permitted? what did the prophets do in the olden days?

Dear and beloved sister, another major misconception amongst some ignorant people is that the act of sexual intercourse between a husband and a wife united in the sacred bond of marriage is a sin, and this act should not be done in a room which happens to have a frame of a Quranic Aayah or happens to have a copy of the Glorious Quran!

Abu Dhar al-Ghafari reported: ‘The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “there is a reward for you [even] in sex with your wife."’ The companions asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws) is there a reward if one satisfies his passion?" He (saws) said: "Do you know that if he satisfies it unlawfully he has taken a sin upon himself? Likewise, if he satisfies it lawfully, he is rewarded."

Related by Ahmad and Muslim.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) guides that the act of conjugation between a married couple is a deed which carries a huge reward in the Sight of Allah Subhanah!

Beloved Sister, rest absolutely assured that there is nothing in the established and authentic Sunnah which prohibits a believing couple from enjoying their conjugal relations in a room which holds a copy of the Glorious Quran or any other object.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
