One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

i came to know that many orphan girls from kashmir after the earthquake havebeen purchased and compelled into prostitution. will they be punished in the court of allah though it is not their fault. why womens are always sufferer.why does`nt allah sends his help.

Answer:

Women compelled into prostitution

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

If indeed such an unfortunate situation has indeed taken place where orphan girls are being bought or sold into prostitution by force, without an iota of a doubt the Wrath and Anger of Allah will be on those unscrupulous evil-mongers who strive to take advantage of such unfortunate situations and forced the sisters into prostitution. If the orphan girls or sisters were forced and compelled into prostitution against their will, they will be blameless in the Just and Supreme Court of the Majestic Lord; but Allah is our witness, those evil-mongers who forced and compelled them into prostitution and those bought will have a severe account for their heinous crimes in the Majestic Presence of the Lord Most High.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 14 Surah Ibraheem verses 42-52:

42 Think not that Allah does not heed the deeds of those who do wrong! He but gives them respite against a Day when the eyes will fixedly stare in horror.

43 They are running forward with necks outstretched, their heads uplifted, their gaze returning not towards them, and their hearts a (gaping) void.

44 So warn mankind of the Day when the Wrath will reach them: then will the wrongdoers say: "Our Lord! Respite us (if only) for a short term: we will answer Thy Call and follow the Messengers!" "What! Were ye not wont to swear aforetime that ye should suffer no decline?

45 And ye dwelt in the dwellings of men who wronged their own souls: ye were clearly shown how We dealt with them; and We put forth many parables in your behalf!"

46 Mighty indeed were the plots which they made but their plots were (well) within the sight of Allah, even though they were such as to shake the hills!

47 Never think that Allah would fail His Messengers in His promise: for Allah is Exalted in power the Lord of Retribution.

48 One day the Earth will be changed to a different Earth and so will be the Heavens, and (men) will be marshalled forth before Allah the One The Irresistible.

49 And thou wilt see the Sinners that day bound together in fetters

50 Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered with Fire!

51 That Allah may requite each soul according to its deeds; and verily Allah is Swift in calling account.

52 Here is a Message for mankind: let them take warning therefrom and let them know that He is (no other than) One Allah: let men of understanding take heed.

Your Question: why womens are always sufferer.

Beloved brother, in a society or community or household where the inhabitants do not fear the standing and accounting in the Lord’s Tribunal on that Tumultuous and Inevitable Day of Judgment; in such impious societies, it will always happens that the strong will oppress the weak! And because the poor, or women, or children or orphans are normally the weakest in society, without support from the Law or the Government, they tend to become easy victims and prey for the impious, ungodly oppressors.

It is the duty and responsibility of the righteous in society and the government to make sure that the rights of the weak are protected; and they will be responsible for fulfilling their duty and responsibility according to their respective ability in the Presence of the Lord Most High on the Day of Judgment.

Your Question: why does`nt allah sends his help. 

Allah says in the Holy Quran in Chapter 67 Surah Al Mulk verse 2:

He (Allah) created death and life that He may test you, to see which of you is the best in deeds.

Beloved brother, the short and transitory life of this world is no more than a test ordained for each by their Lord. The Lord Creator has given some amongst mankind more power, or strength, or wealth, or status than another and put each amongst them to a test for this short period to see which of them do evil and who amongst them do good. The powerful are tested in their behavior against the weak, the rich against the poor, the ruler against the ruled, the strong against the weak….The Lord puts each and every human being in a set of conditions to test them and it is only on the Day of Judgment when He Alone will Judge with Justice who amongst mankind passed their test and thus deserve His Mercy and Grace; and who amongst them failed the test of life and thus deserve His Wrath and His Anger.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 35 Surah Fatir verse 45:

45 If Allah were to punish men according to what they deserve He would not leave on the back of the (earth) a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: when their Term expires verily Allah has in His Sight all His servants.

If the Lord Most High were to send His Help or Decision to determine the matter or result of the test in the life of this world, Allah is our witness, not a single creature would be able to survive on the back of this earth!!! But the Lord, in His Supreme Mercy and Wisdom has given each a respite for a time period of one life to do as they will as a test and a trial; and only on the Day of Judgment will each get their due reward or punishment according to their deeds.

Dear and beloved brother, the Lord Most High is more than Able and Sufficient to send His Help and crush the throat of every oppressor and save the oppressed from their oppression in the very life of this world….but then, neither the oppressor would taste his full punishment nor the oppressed taste the full rewards of retribution; for the short and transitory period of this life is just not sufficient enough either for enjoying rewards nor for tasting the full brunt of the punishment of Allah Subhanah! Thus in His Supreme Wisdom, the Lord Most High has determined the short period of this life as a test and the eternal and everlasting period of the Hereafter as the domain for enjoying Rewards or tasting His punishments. On that Inevitable and Tumultuous Day no oppressor will go unquestioned regarding his evil, and no oppressed will be asked to move unless and until he/she is completely satisfied with their recompense and retribution.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
