Answer:

Kiss husband in public

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: do we have the right to kiss our husbands in puplic,

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 1.8 Narrated byAbu Huraira

The Prophet said, "Eeman (faith or belief) consists of more than sixty branches; and Haya is a part of Eeman!"

The Arabic term "Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together in the above context; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, shyness, coyness, scruple, etc.

The physical relation which Allah Subhanah has made lawful for a husband and a wife to enjoy when united in the sacred institution of marriage is something that they should do in their absolute privacy; and not as a show for the public at large to see. For a wife to kiss her husband or for a husband to kiss a wife in public is against the very nature of haya or bashfulness, and anything that is against the nature of haya cannot be acceptable, permissible or encouraged in the perfect way of life called Al-Islam.

Whether or not the lustful kissing of a husband and a wife in public gives a bad influence or tempts others is debatable; but to put on public display what the very nature of haya or bashfulness dictates should only be done in ones privacy is not only against the guidance of Allah and His Messenger (saws), but against the very etiquette of righteousness which the guidance of Islam upholds and encourages.

Your Statement: but if we truely believe, we wont get tempted?!?!??!

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 3.254 Narrated by Ali bin Al Husain

The wives of the Prophet (saws) were with him in the mosque (while he (saws) was in Itikaf) and then they departed and the Prophet (saws) said to his wife, Safiya bint Huyai, "Don't hurry up, for I shall accompany you". The Prophet (saws) went out and in the meantime two Ansari men met him and they looked at the Prophet (saws) and passed by. The Prophet (saws) said to them, "Come here. She is (my wife) Safiya bint Huyai." They replied, "Subhan Allah, (How dare we think of evil) O Allah's Messenger (saws)! (we never expect anything bad from you)." The Prophet (saws) replied, "The Shaytaan circulates in the human being as blood circulates in the body, and I was afraid lest the Shaytaan might insert an evil thought in your minds."

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.609 Narrated by Ibn Abbas

I did not see anything so resembling minor sins as what Abu Huraira said from the Prophet (saws), who said, "Allah has written for the son of Adam his inevitable share of zina, whether he is aware of it or not: The zina of the eye is the looking (at something which is sinful to look at), and the zina of the tongue is to utter (what it is unlawful to utter), and the inner self wishes and longs for (zina) and the private parts turn that into reality or refrain from submitting to the temptation."

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.95 Narrated by Abu Said Al Khudri

Allah's Messenger (saws) ascended the pulpit and said, "Nothing worries me as to what will happen to you after me, except the temptation of worldly blessings which will be conferred on you."

My dear and beloved brother, it is a thorough misconception that if one is a true believer, he will not be tested or visited by temptations; for the Shaytaan circulates in the human being just like the blood circulates in ones body, and it is this accursed enemy of man who inevitably and tirelessly invites and inspires man towards temptation! Except for the Noble Prophets of Allah who are sinless, none is safe from the tests of temptations!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 79 Surah Naziaat verses 34-41:

34 Therefore when there comes the Great Overwhelming (The Day of Judgment!)

35 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for.

36 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see.

37 Then for such as had transgressed all bounds

38 And had preferred the life of this world

39 The Abode will be Hell-Fire;

40 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (Tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires

41 Their abode will be the Garden.

Beloved brother, the Promise of Allahs Paradise is not for those who had no temptation or were not tempted towards evil; but for those righteous believers who constantly feared the standing before their Lords Tribunal, and thus restrained themselves from being led into evil by temptation!

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
