Answer:

Shaking hands with ahmadi

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: we treat Qadiayanias as nonmuslim, so what are the orders about the eating drinking, shaking hands with them,

Because they openly profess belief in the advent of a prophet after the Last and Final Messenger of Allah (saws), the Qadianis (or Ahmadis) are deemed and treated as disbelievers.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) used to eat and drink with the pagans provided the food and the drink were halaal in its essence; thus there is absolutely no harm if one eats or drinks their food, provided the food itself is not amongst those which are listed and declared as ‘haraam’ by Allah and His Messenger (saws).

Just as one shakes the hands of the disbelievers, one is permitted to shake the hands of the Qadianis, if they wish to do so.

Your Question: i heard that it is said that do social bycotte with them so i f we r shaking hands with them, the bath is compulsory, i want the Fatwa of Mujatahid or AllyatuAllah, i want reference of Quran?

The Messenger of Allah (saws) would shake the hands of the disbelievers, and there is absolutely no authentic report whereby he would wash his hands or take a full bath or ‘ghusl’ after shaking their hands; nor is there any hadith which commands that it is necessary for the believers to wash their hands or take a full bath of purity after shaking the hands of the disbelievers!

Although the Qadianis believe in Mohamed (saws) as a Prophet, but openly disbelieve in him (saws) as the Last and Final Messenger of Allah, their open declaration of disbelief have made them apostates, and the prescribed Shariah punishment for apostasy in Islam is death! But because they claim to be a muslim sect and represent themselves as muslims to the rest of the world, and because they declare the rest of the muslims who do not believe in their false prophet as disbelievers, they obviously hurt the Cause, Mission, and Image of Islam to the outside world. Because there is no proper united Islamic Khilafah and government who would declare war against the apostates, the absolute majority of the scholars have recommended that the true believers must at least do a social boycott of such apostates for two reasons:

  1. So that the Qadianis themselves might realize the gravity of their error and encouraged to turn back to Allah Subhanah in sincere Taubah and repentance.
  2. And, the people of the world might know for sure that the Qadianis do not represent Islam nor are they considered muslims by the rest of the believers.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
