Answer:

Illegal sex zina once

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah Israa verse 32:

Do not even go near ‘zina’ (fornication or adultery) for it is a very indecent thing and a very evil way!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 24 Surah Noor verse 2:

The woman and the man guilty of ‘zina’ (fornication), flog each one of them with a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them restrain you in regard to a matter prescribed by Allah; if indeed you believe in Allah and the Last Day! And let a section of the believers witness the punishment inflicted on them.

Zina (fornication and adultery) are considered amongst the gravest sins in Islam. One can imagine the severity of the sin, by the punishment Allah and His Messenger (saws) have decreed for the sin. If one is living in an Islamic State and gets convicted of the sin of zina (adultery), the punishment prescribed by Allah and His Messenger (saws) is that he/she should be stoned to death, or flogged in the case of fornication!! And if the person dies without making Taubah or seeking sincere repentance from Allah Subhanah in the life of this world, the punishment of the Hereafter in the Just Court of Allah Subhanah is even more severe than the punishment of the world!!

Zina is considered such an evil and such a grave sin that Allah has advised the believers in the Holy Quran 17:32 .. ‘Do not even go near ‘zina’….’. We are commanded by Allah not to even go near zina, if indeed we fear Allah and the Last Day!!!

Q-1: I have listened dat der is a dua by readin dat we can have sex and no sin will happen to us

Beloved brother in Islam, there is absolutely no such ‘dua’ or anything else that would make the evil and heinous sin of zina a legal or permissible deed in Islam! This thought of converting the abomination of ‘zina’ into a legal deed is nothing more than the ploy of the accursed enemy of the believers, the Shaitaan, who is determined to make mankind disobey the clear commands of their Creator.

My beloved brother, fear Allah and do not fall for this trap of the Shaitaan; and abstain from transgressing any of the boundaries laid down by Allah and His Messenger (saws).

Q-2: if der is no dua can one have sex only for one and only one time as i cant control any more.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verses 17-18:

17 Allah accepts the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will Allah turn in mercy; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom.

18 Of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil until death faces one of them and he says "Now have I repented indeed"; nor of those who die rejecting faith: for them have We prepared a punishment most grievous.

Beloved brother in Islam, if one commits a sin in ignorance and truly seeks repentance from Allah, the Merciful has promised to forgive his sins. But if one commits a sin knowingly, with the intention that he will seek repentance immediately afterwards, then that would be tantamount to making a mockery of the Mercy of Allah Subhanah; for Allah Subhanah is well aware of even our most secret intentions.

My beloved brother in Islam, fear Allah and fear the standing in His Presence on an Inevitable Day, and seek to fulfill your this natural desire through the legal means allowed by Allah Subhanah; ie. marriage.

Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (saws) said: "Three persons have the right to be helped by Allah: the warrior (ghazi) who fights for Allah, the contracted slave who longs to buy his freedom, and one who wishes to get married for the sake of chastity."

This is related by Ahmad.

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.799 Narrated bySahl bin Sad

The Prophet (saws) said, "Whoever guarantees me (the chastity of) what is between his legs (i.e. his private parts), and what is between his jaws (i.e., his tongue), I guarantee him Paradise."

Beloved brother in Islam, your curiosity and eagerness to fulfill this your physical desire is only natural, and Islam has allowed the believers to fulfill this natural desire through legal means of marriage. If you control your this natural desire and fulfill it only through the permissible and legal means allowed by Allah and His Messenger (saws), Allah Subhanah will give you a huge reward for your patience and obedience.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3096 Narrated by Anas ibn Malik

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "When a man marries he has fulfilled half of the religion; so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half."

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
