Answer:

Business with a non-muslim and idols in office

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your statement: Is it applicable to have a non muslim as a business partner.

There is absolutely no restriction in Islam if a muslim wishes to have a non-muslim as a business partner. The believer must abide by all the laws of Allah and His Messenger (saws) while doing business and in all aspects of his life, and be an example of truthfulness, honesty, and integrity whether he does business with a muslim or a non-muslim.

Your statement: is it applicable to have any of the other religons god`s image in office or business place at that time what should we muslim brother should do please explain.

If the business is completely owned by the believer, then it would not behove a believer to allow pagan god’s or their images in his business place. But if the believer co-owns the business with a non-muslim partner, his partner is allowed to practice his own religion and if it is his wish he may put his god’s images in his office, etc.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
