Answer:

Pulling few strings to get a certificate

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 6 Surah Anaam verse 120:

120    Eschew all sin open or secret: those who earn sin will get due recompense for their "earnings".

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 33:

33      Say: The things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah for which he hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.

Some people erroneously think that it is 'ok' to commit a minor sin, it is only the sins which are classified as 'major' which need to be avoided!!! The truth and reality is that the believers are Commanded and Guided by their Lord Most Gracious to eschew all types of sins, regardless of whether they be open or secret, regardless of whether they are minor or major!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 21 Surah Anbiyaa verse 47:

47      We shall set up the Scales of Justice for the Day of Judgment so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least.  And if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed (good or evil), We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 99 Surah Zalzalah verses 6-8:

6       On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out to be shown the deeds that they (had done).

7       Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good see it!

8       And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it!

Respected brother, to get an 'internship certificate' without actually passing the exams would be a fraud, a manifest wrong, and definitely a sin in the Sight of the Lord; and it simply does not befit one who believes in Allah and the Last Day to intentionally commit a sin!!!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 83 Surah Mutaffefeen verses 1:

1         Woe to those that deal in fraud

The Messenger of Allah (saws) declared in an authentic hadith that those who commit fraud are not amongst the believers!

Getting this false certificate may or may not save you some time and hassle in this world, but we assure you that you will have to bear the full burden of this manifest sin in the Presence of your Lord Most Majestic Most Supreme in His Just Court on that Inevitable and Tumultuous Day of Judgment!

If by 'pulling a few strings' you mean to imply to use 'fraud' or 'deceit' to obtain a false certificate, then indeed that would be a manifest wrong and a sin in the Sight of Allah Subhanah; and it would simply not befit a believer who sincerely believes in Allah and the Last Day to deal in any kind of deceit or fraud, however small or large it may be!

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
